We value the importance of following a healthy lifestyle and being active is a big part of our healthy life at Cressington Manor. As we understand the need for all our children to get the opportunities for outdoor and indoor physical play everyday and recognises the benefits it has on a child’s overall development from building abilities, gaining a greater understanding, building confidence, self awareness and learning about their environment.

Excellent standards of hygiene are paramount at Cressington Manor, as our nursery family are trained in infection control procedures. Children are also encouraged to... clean their hands, and .....?

Nutritional Meals and Snacks

We are committed to delivering the highest quality, fresh, nutritious meals and snacks.

We believe it is important to ensure all children obtain a balanced diet, with recipes that are healthy and tasty. All our menus are developed from expert Annabel Karmel and freshly prepared on-site by our in- house chef.

At Cressington Manor we plan carefully for all allergies and dietary requirements and ensure that parent/carers wishes are always followed with respect to their child's diet; as menus are adapted accordingly.

We are aware that children do/can have allergies, which may cause allergic reactions and we follow a strict policy with the aim to provide an environment that is safe and allows all children with allergies to participate in daily routines and meal times without the risk or fear of being exposed to risks or traces of their allergen.
